Bowties are an effective visual risk modelling tool which enable organisations to:

• Identify the critical controls and highlight potential weaknesses

• Provide an assurance platform for validating risks and their critical controls

 

This 2-day hands on course will allow participants to:

• Understand barrier management concepts and use of bowties as a tool for the control of hazards and risk assurance

• Define and apply the key elements of a valid bowtie and understand their linkages.

• Develop and interrogate their own bowtie using BowTieXP.

 

This practical training will outline the key features of BowTieXP, advantages and limitation of bowties, and our practical tips & tricks.
